All of our items are shipped via Royal Mail

 

-You will need to ensure someone is able to sign for your delivery as proof of receipt

 

-Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered the incorrect address when ordering so please enter your details carefully

 

-UK Standard delivery is free and will be delivered within 5-13 working days. International delivery is £12.00 and will be delivered within 8-20 working days.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL. 

 

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

 

-UK orders placed after Tuesday 17th December with Standard Delivery are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. 

 

-You can still place an order on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week however please note that your orders will take longer than usual to arrive due to the multiple bank holidays during December and January 1st.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We hope that you love all of our products however if for any reason you would like to return then please see our policy below: 

 

 

The item will need to be returned to us within 7 days of delivery

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED

 

All items must be completely undamaged and unworn with the tag still on and all of the packaging in-tact 

 

Once we  recieve your return our team will carry out a quality assessment  and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund

 

To return your item please send to the address on the Information Leaflet you recieved with your order

 

Unfortunately it is not free to return to us and will need to be paid for by the Customer

 

Please also obtain Proof of Postage when you return your item in case we do not receive it. If we do not receive your return and you do not have proof of postage then we will be unable to refund

 

All returns will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt subject to the Terms & Conditions above

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

99.9% of our customers receive their bag in immaculate condition however we do understand that sometimes there may be problems along its journey to you. Due to this we do have a policy our customers can follow which is:

 

If your order arrives damaged in any shape or form then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

 

You will need to provide clear photo evidence of any damage and email it to us at minithreatbags@outlook.com

 

Once we receive your email along with photo evidence we will review and make a decision in 48!hours

 

If we decide that the item has in fact been damaged then you will need to return the item back to us, with proof of delivery emailed to minithreatbags@outlook.com Don't worry we refund you the cost to send it back to us

 

Once we have received your return we will either send you a replacement or refund you, the decision is down to you

 

If your item arrives in perfect condition but becomes damaged after 30 days of receipt we will be unable to refund or replace the item. This is because the damage is likely to be caused by misuse or wear and tear.
